He has additional leadership experience working on projects in risk management, vendor due diligence, fraud prevention, and corporate investigations.

Chrystle brings strengths in revenue management, strategy & analysis, marketing, customer service, and organization to the team through her 20-year tenure in the hotel industry working with brands such as Hilton and Hyatt. She has received numerous awards and nominations for her expertise and implementation of revenue management strategies and tactics. Chrystle graduated with a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from California State University, Chico and is currently pursuing an MBA from William Jessup University.
